It may be true that VoIP can provide services and facilitate tasks that is harder and can be more expensive but its functions are all worth it, like its capacity to transmit more than one phone call on the same connection. This way, you can add extra line for your home or businesses. It has conference calling features, caller ID, automatic redial and other related services. VoIP can indeed be very convenient especially that only an internet connection is needed to place a call, this is also relevant for business users like call center agents who can work anywhere. With its integration with other internet services, you can use video camera, data file transfer or other information passing features.
